The type of personal information we collect:
- We collect information about you when you request product information and/or place an order for underfloor heating.
- Name • Contact information including email address • Site address and relevant information to assist with installations.
This will have been provided by customers directly.
- The purpose of this is to provide quotations for floor heating and or related products and services and invoicing of floor heating or products and services when necessary. We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account and to send information on our maintenance programme once your installation is complete. Your information is then kept for the life time of your warranty, so that all technical details of your installation and basic personal information is available should it be required.
- We may be supplied with our customers contact details from their builder, architect or real estate agent. We prefer to deal with our customers directly, but this is not always possible if our installation is in a newly built house.
- We do not share this information unless HMRC asks for copies of our invoices.

How we store your personal information
No information held will be sold, distributed, or given to third parties. Your information is securely stored on the premises for the lifetime of your warranty, 10 years, and after the 10th year all paperwork is destroyed and all computer information is deleted. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date, if you believe that any information, we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete please write or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect. There is no charge for correcting information. Your information is securely stored on password protected devices. If you did not enter into a contract to install floor heating, we will only keep your contact details for one month while your quotation is still valid. We will then dispose of your information by shredding any documents in printed format or by permanently deleting if it is in digital format.
