Speedheat floor heating systems were installed in various penthouse suites at the Michelangelo Towers, Sandton, Gauteng. 

The floor heating installations in some of the luxury suites include acoustic cork floor insulation.  This reduces heat loss downwards into the concrete slab and improves warming up times.  It has been proven that with the installation of acoustic cork floor insulation, the heating systems warm up 2,5 times faster, reducing energy consumption.
